About this role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models for large-scale superblock and high-rise developments, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project and authority standards.
  • Prepare and update Revit-based drawings, schedules, and model deliverables, supporting design development, coordination, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using Revizto for issue tracking, clash resolution, and model review, proactively identifying and resolving design and constructability challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively in a remote working environment, ensuring timely communication, problem-solving, and alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
  • Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling experience in the GCC, with proven exposure to superblock and/or high-rise projects.
    • Strong proficiency in Revit and Revizto, with the ability to manage large, complex models and coordinate across multiple disciplines.
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote project setup.
