QA Automation & DevOps Specialist

Double the Donation is seeking a QA Automation & DevOps Specialist to improve product velocity and deployment reliability. The role will involve building and maintaining automated test systems, reducing bottlenecks in the development lifecycle, and supporting infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in a SaaS or fast-paced software development environment
• Strong proficiency in automated testing frameworks (preferably Playwright)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent)
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical test cases and communicate issues clearly to developers
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying gaps and inefficiencies
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
