Product Counsel

Delinea is seeking an experienced Product Counsel attorney to join its growing Legal team. The successful candidate will be a proactive, professional, business-minded lawyer with a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory issues affecting global technology and cybersecurity SaaS companies.

Requirements

• Juris doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admitted to at least one state bar in the U.S.
• Four plus (4+) years of relevant legal experience
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS platform products and the cybersecurity industry
• Expertise in data privacy and protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, export control regulations, and other global frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business judgment and the ability to provide pragmatic, business focused legal advice to both legal and non-legal audiences
