Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant (or equivalent customer-facing technical role)
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market and/or enterprise), including discovery, demos, security reviews, and integrations
• Strong understanding of SaaS product delivery and common integration approaches (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance systems, data flows)
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with a wide range of stakeholders (IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR, and business leaders)
