Field Marketing Manager | Dutch speaking

Deel is a global payroll and HR platform looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to support its growth across DACH & Benelux regions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in events and webinar execution, a strong campaign mindset, and analytical rigor. Responsibilities include developing and executing field marketing programs, partnering with sales and global marketing teams, and managing event logistics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in field marketing
• Deep expertise in event and webinar management within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
• Demonstrated ability to run events and webinars as integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of demand generation principles and how field marketing activity connects to pipeline and revenue
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, and Swoogo
• Fluent in Dutch and professional level of English
