Content Engagement Associate

Dedale is seeking a Content Engagement Associate to engage clients through content on their platform, Lighthouse. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in client correspondence and internal stakeholder coordination, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in roles involving client correspondence, internal stakeholder coordination, project management
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in content writing and newsletter writing, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent problem-solving mindset with a proactive, customer-centric approach and the ability to think critically
• Great attention to detail with the capacity to analyze client interactions and behaviors
• Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot is a plus) and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
