Revenue Operations Manager

Dandy is a high-growth startup transforming the dental industry through technology. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will partner with the sales organization to drive performance, measure key performance indicators, and optimize processes to maximize capacity.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
• Ability to work autonomously to drive projects to complete and deliver high quality results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
• GTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
