AP - Commercial Insurance Broker Support | AU/NZ

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Broker Support professional to join our team at D2B. This remote role involves managing policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and new business submissions across AU/NZ commercial clients, while providing key support to Brokers and Account Managers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in insurance broking or underwriting support
• Direct exposure to the Australian/New Zealand insurance market is essential
• Strong experience across Commercial Lines, Professional Indemnity, Management Liability / Directors & Officers, and Cyber Insurance
• Hands-on experience with broker management systems such as Applied Epic, Insight, WinBEAT, or similar
