Social Media Manager

Our client is a high-growth consulting company that partners with OnlyFans agencies to scale their profit through deep operational, marketing, and business system expertise. Acting like a hybrid between a private equity firm and acquisition com, they focus on tangible results, team optimization, and business transformation.

Tasks

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement growth-focused strategies tailored to each creator’s strengths and market opportunities.
• Content & Branding: Create unique, authentic content ideas that stand out from the average creator, helping to build long-term personal brands.
• Account Growth: Drive measurable growth of TikTok and Reels accounts — increase reach, engagement, and steady subscriber inflow.
• Data-Driven Growth: Analyze and optimize videos, funnels, and accounts to improve conversions, performance, and community engagement.
• Client Partnerships: Communicate closely with clients, ensure alignment on vision and quality, and help them combine lifestyle with growth strategies.
• Scaling & Innovation: Explore new platforms, paid advertising opportunities, and disruptive ideas to keep our creators ahead of the curve.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of proven experience in growing TikTok / Reels accounts with track record of building follower base and engagement
• Confident with TikTok, Instagram (Reddit, Twitter/X, Xiaohongshu are a strong plus)
• Experience in paid ads & performance funnels (Meta, TikTok)
• Strong understanding of branding, community building & conversions
• Creative, hands-on, KPI-driven mindset with focus on results
• Fluent English (German or Asian languages — Chinese, Japanese, Korean — are a strong plus)
• Willingness to travel & flexibility
• Comfortable working in an Adult-content environment
