Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of healthcare experience, preferred 2 years of medical billing and direct patient contact in call center environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
• Technical proficiency
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Professional maturity and ability to exercise sound judgement
