Administrative Assistant to the Co-CEOs (Volunteer)

Co-CEOs

Mobilization, Human Resources, Pre-Deployment, Global field leaders

None

Location:

Remote work engagement

Time Commitment: Approximately

5-10 hours per week

Position Scope:

This volunteer position will help manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate communications and assist with special projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to gain executive-level administrative experience while contributing to the mission and growth of our organization.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for the Co-CEOs.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute follow-up action items.
  • Maintain organized digital files, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics when needed.
  • Support special projects and organizational initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and other common office tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous administrative, executive assistant, customer service, or office support experience is preferred but not required.
