Retail Business Solution Analyst - Retail Industry

We are seeking an experienced Retail Business Solution Analyst to lead enterprise-scale Payments programs. The ideal person will be responsible to drive secure, compliant, and reliable delivery of payment capabilities while coordinating across technology, security, and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of Program Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Program Management experience
• Proven experience delivering enterprise payments or financial transaction platforms at scale
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including gateways, processors, acquiring flows, fraud tools, and digital wallets
• Hands-on experience managing security, compliance, and regulatory-driven initiatives
• Experience working in Agile and scaled Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead high-risk, high-visibility programs
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
• Willingness to work in PST hours
