About this role
Lead Marketer will drive growth and engagement across Root's Independent Agent (IA) channel and strategic Partnerships, developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to support agent acquisition and retention, partner success, and co-marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B and channel marketing, including agent or partner ecosystems
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple audiences and channels
- Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
- Experience supporting partnerships, co-marketing efforts, or go-to-market collaboration with external partners
- Strong experience in email marketing, including campaign strategy, segmentation, testing, and lifecycle optimization

- Salary Range: $103,000 - $128,000 (STI & LTI Eligible)
