Director, Proposals

ClinChoice is seeking a Director, Proposals to join their internal team, responsible for leading cross-functional proposal development and managing multiple key accounts within the Costs & Proposals department. The role is full-time and home-based in the UK.

Requirements

• Coordinates contributions from cross-functional teams to review and develop proposals and budgets
• Leads designated review team and carries out vision and strategic objectives
• Recommends courses of action on administrative policies and procedures
• Actively participates in training and mentoring of junior staff
• Communicates and enforces departmental processes
• Participates in departmental initiatives and process improvements
