Southern California Region Head, Branch Network

The Region Head for the Branch Network plays a pivotal role in driving Citi's growth and market share across a defined geography within its core markets. This senior executive leadership position is accountable for the overall performance of the region, ensuring exceptional client experience, fostering talent and engagement, achievement of sales and financial goals and maintaining robust risk and control environments across Retail Banking, Mortgage sales, and Business Banking.

Requirements

• 15+ years related business experience.
• 10+ years of sales and multi-level management experience.
• 5+ years of Retail Banking, Mortgage, or Business Banking experience.
• Experience working in or overseeing Affluent/High Net Worth customers, mortgage, business banking, and DeNovo branches.
• Proven experience in multi-site and multi-level management environments.
