Head of Legal

Capchase is hiring a Head of Legal to lead the company's global legal strategy and operations, partnering across capital markets, finance, sales, and product teams. The role involves building and scaling the legal function, structuring and negotiating credit facilities, financial products, and capital market transactions, as well as overseeing regulatory matters and risk.

Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience, with a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house fintech or financial services experience
• Significant experience structuring and negotiating credit facilities and/or structured finance transactions
• Familiarity with fintech regulation, including lending, securities, and payments
• JD from a top law school and license to practice in the United States
