📍 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Production Support Team Leader to support the Team Leader in managing our Production Support team. This role plays a key part in maintaining high service standards, driving team performance, and providing real-time support to ensure smooth daily operations. A solid understanding of photo editing tools, particularly Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Photoshop, is essential for this role.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader in managing day-to-day team operations
• Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Team Leader
• Foster a positive, energetic, and high-performing team culture
• Monitor workflows and ensure productivity targets are met
• Conduct QA audits on tickets and tasks; identify trends and report recurring issues
• Share updates through shift huddles and internal communication platforms
• Assist with Production Support tasks as needed to manage workload
• Submit technical tickets during system issues or outages
• Handle escalations confidently and effectively
• Contribute to improving workflows, productivity, and team growth
• Track feedback and identify development areas; collaborate with Team Leaders and management

This role is open for the Day Shift (8am - 5pm AEST)
