Web3 Security Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex Web3 security cases and extract recurring attack patterns to build and maintain comprehensive SOPs.

• Proactively identify gaps in current operation workflows and propose systematic improvements to enhance the team's overall efficiency.

• Partner with AI agents to crystallize security insights into a high-quality knowledge base, improve team’s collective intelligence and operational speed.

• Stay ahead of emerging fraud techniques and evolving Web3 product logic, translating these trends into actionable defense strategies for the team.

• Work closely with engineering and strategy teams to transform manual analysis into automated detection rules.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in anti-fraud, risk control, or blockchain-related fields; proven ability to handle complex problems through a structured and systematic approach.

• Excellent at deconstructing complicated scams or technical exploits into clear, logical steps. Deep coding skills are not required, but you must have a sharp mind for technical logic and user-flow sequences.

• A fast learner with a strong interest in AI. You should understand how to use and prime AI tools to scale your own output and improve the team's data quality.

• Capable of writing clear, professional documentation and communicating effectively in a global team environment.

• Familiarity with DeFi, Wallet products, and the general Web3 ecosystem's unique security challenges.
