We are Bee Talents and invite you to the recruitment process for a Senior Incentive Compensation Consultant. The Client operates in the Incentive Compensation Management area and specializes in designing and implementing sales incentive systems for large organizations. The role involves implementing ICM systems, direct cooperation with US clients, building and validating bonus models, and working on data and its transformations.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in working with data or business systems
• Very good understanding of relational data modeling
• Ability to work with computational logic
• Experience in implementing systems
• Comfort working with financial metrics or performance
• Strong analytical thinking
• Proficient English
