WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Min 8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, etc.
2 years of management experience
Strong technical skills in designing and scaling applications in a microservice architecture.
Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported.
Thoughtful approach to collaboration, design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning.
Ability to effectively contribute code within our technology stack.

BONUS POINTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Experience with entire development cycle of projects in a fast-paced workplace.
Excited by a fast-paced product development environment.
Ad-tech or Fin-tech experience
