Engineering Manager, Internal Platform

Baseten is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Platform Team in building internal systems to reduce low-leverage work and amplify productivity, collaboration, and quality across all engineering teams. The team is responsible for creating robust internal systems that deliver exceptional tooling, efficient workflows, AI enablement, and world-class development environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams
• Strong technical background in Go and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Docker tooling
