Financial Analyst (Investment)

We’re helping an investment and advisory firm find a Financial Analyst to support financial modeling, analysis, reporting, and client presentations. This is a unique opportunity to work directly on M&A, private equity, and venture capital projects while developing commercial insights that influence high-level decision-making.

Requirements

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for investment and strategic projects
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, interpreting complex data into actionable insights
• Prepare detailed spreadsheets, balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports
• Create high-quality client presentations in PowerPoint to communicate strategies and recommendations
• Support financial reporting and internal documentation
• Collaborate on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions
• Apply a basic legal understanding of corporate and international structures in analyses
• Partner closely with the CEO to provide commercial insights and strategic input
