Financial Analyst (Investment Banking)

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: Investment banking, Private equity, Corporate finance, Transaction advisory
• Strong, hands-on experience with: Financial modeling, Valuation, Deal underwriting
• Proven ability to model and understand: Single-asset real estate transactions, Structured capital stacks, waterfalls, mezzanine and preferred equity
• Full availability during CET working hours
