As we continue expanding across multiple states, we’re looking for an experienced Medical Records & Health Information Manager to build and lead our Health Information Management (HIM) function from the ground up.

🌟 What You’ll Do

As our Medical Records & Health Information Manager, you’ll:

📂 Lead all medical records and release of information operations 🔒 Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, payer requirements, and CARF standards ⚙️ Design and implement scalable HIM workflows, policies, and tracking systems 📈 Develop reporting metrics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times 🤝 Partner with Compliance, Legal, Clinical Operations, Technology, and Quality teams 🎓 Train and support staff on medical records processes, documentation standards, and privacy best practices 🛡️ Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for health information management
