About this role
๐ง Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred)
๐ Location: Remote โ Must Hold Active Illinois License
๐ Schedule: 15โ36 sessions per week (Part-time hours up to 22 sessions/weekly- Full-time hours up to 36 sessions/weekly)
Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PMโ9 PM | Weekend availability a plus
๐ฐ Compensation: $45โ$65 per billable hour (based on license-level)

๐งฉ What Youโll Do
Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
Develop culturally responsive, client-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination

Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience serving children, teens, and families
Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
