Global Tax Director (English version)

Averna is seeking an experienced Global Tax Director to lead all aspects of the Group's global tax function. The role is responsible for overseeing tax strategy, risk management, compliance, and reporting across all jurisdictions in which the company operates.

Requirements

• Professional accounting or tax designation (e.g., CPA, CA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent) in a relevant jurisdiction;
• At least 10 years of corporate tax experience in a multinational & multicurrency company, including significant exposure to cross-border operations;
• Strong technical expertise in international tax principles, including transfer pricing, controlled foreign corporation regimes, participation exemptions, and withholding tax;
