• Drive measurable growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Develop platform‑specific strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Content Strategy & Ideation
• Generate creative content ideas, viral hooks, and storytelling formats.
• Align content with brand positioning and audience insights.
• Workflow & Team Coordination
• Manage and coordinate freelance editors and content creators.
• Establish repeatable systems for content production, editing, and distribution.
• Maintain quality control and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Performance & Optimization
• Track KPIs across platforms and optimize based on analytics.
• Experiment with growth tactics and emerging trends.
