HR IT Freelancer (Web3 Recruitment)

Tasks

‍Job Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recommend IT/Web3 candidates for roles such as Blockchain Engineer, Smart Contract Developer, Backend Engineer, DevOps, QA, Product, etc.
• Work closely with the Talent Lead to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, communities, Web3 groups, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interview schedules and keep track of candidate progress.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT or Web3 recruitment (freelance or in-house).
• Basic understanding of Web3 technologies: Solidity, Rust, smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure, crypto exchanges, wallets…
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Existing candidate network is a strong advantage.
