Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space
• Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients
• Expertise in complex trades, crypto market microstructure, electronic and voice trading
• Strong client-facing abilities and Python programming skills
