Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, masters or equivalent)
- Minimum of 7+ years of Medical Affairs experience, including 5 yrs in Field Medical
- Strong leadership skills, including effective leading without authority and emotional intelligence
- Strong experience in utilizing systems to educate and manage field-based initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders
