Position: Customer Service Agent (Remote - WORK AT HOME)

Job Description: We are looking for permanent staff to work from home as part of our customer service team. Selected candidates will assist our customers in English and Spanish, ensuring a high-quality service experience.

40/hours each week

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote customer service in English and Spanish (other languages will be valued).
• Assist customers throughout the car rental process, answering questions and managing any issues.
• Efficiently handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Deliver an exceptional service experience that reflects our values.
• Other administrative and support tasks within the customer service area.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• Stable internet connection and adequate equipment for remote work.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the car rental or tourism sector.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
