The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for scaling customer growth across Business Bank Account and Lending products, maintaining an efficient CAC:LTV. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data, automation, and AI to drive performance at scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience executing and scaling high-performing Performance Marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical rigor, marketing instinct, and a bias for action
• Experience managing at least 1-2 direct reports and external partners
