Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), especially Ashby
• Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework
