Senior Manager, Digital Partnerships & Integrations

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Partnerships & Integrations to lead a team responsible for automations and data pipelines that power Hatch and Unity platforms.

Requirements

• Establish partnerships with vendors and OEMs for API driven data access
• Own the strategy and execution for integrations that connect AHEAD to vendors, partners, and third-party data sources
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of developers and automation engineers
• Oversee the design and maintenance of automation workflows in n8n
• Guide the development and deployment of AI agents that clean, validate, and transform external data
• Partner with the Application Development and Foundry Development teams to ensure seamless data ingestion
• Establish standards for integration reliability, monitoring, error handling, and data quality
• Manage team capacity and prioritization across multiple concurrent integration projects
• Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and invest in the growth of your team members
• Participate in hiring efforts to grow the team as integration demands expand
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders across the business
• Continuously evaluate and improve the tools, patterns, and processes the team uses
