Engineer, Geotechnical (Fly-In Fly-Out)

We're looking for a skilled Engineer, Geotechnical (Fly-In Fly-Out) to join our team at the Meadowbank Complex in Nunavut. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance of the tailings and water management infrastructure, performing field inspections and analyzing geotechnical instrumentation data, and providing technical expertise to ensure the performance of the water & tailings management infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in geotechnical engineering applied to the mining industry
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Member of a Canadian Engineering society and eligible to NAPEG membership
