Centralized Operations Manager

About the client:

Our client are among the Top 20 Importers in Malaysia who deal with Onions, Spices including Red Chilly & Cardamom, Pulses including Red Lentils, Nuts including Groundnuts, etc. They import into Malaysia from multiple origins including India.

They are looking for a hands-on operator to manage nationwide 3PL warehouses and last-mile logistics (North, Central, South). You will act as the central control tower—owning inventory accuracy, fulfillment performance, and delivery reliability across partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 3PL warehouses to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound operations.
• Own inventory accuracy, stock visibility, and replenishment across regions.
• Oversee last-mile transport vendors to drive on-time delivery (OTIF).
• Track and improve key KPIs: fulfillment SLA, delivery performance, cost per order.
• Resolve operational issues quickly (delays, stock discrepancies, delivery failures).
• Standardize SOPs and drive continuous improvement across all partners.
• Work closely with commercial, suppliers, and finance teams on planning and execution.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations.
• Proven experience managing external warehouse and transport partners.
• Strong data and KPI-driven mindset.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
• Hands-on, problem-solver with strong ownership.
