Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer
- Strong foundation in composition, typography, and color
- Confidence in Adobe After Effects and Figma
- Experience working with AI tools for video and footage generation
- Understanding of performance metrics (hook rate, CPI, CPU, IPM)
- Intermediate English
- Self-efficient and attentive to details
