Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is responsible for accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, end-to-end payroll processing, and financial reporting using tools such as QuickBooks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting functions
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
• Experience using a CRM system is an advantage
• Working knowledge of U.S. and Philippine tax and payroll regulations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
