We're hiring an energetic and professional Live Chat Agent to deliver real-time support to our patients and clients online.

Requirements

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries instantly through our live chat system
  • Provide helpful and accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and support
  • Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism
  • Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
  • Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience in every chat
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
