About this role
We’re looking for an Affiliate Coordinator to drive high-performance sales on TikTok Shop. The role involves scouting, vetting, and signing creators, managing content direction, and optimizing performance for scalable revenue growth.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in creator/influencer, affiliate, or social-commerce marketing
- Deep understanding of TikTok content mechanics and e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV)
- Exceptional written English and communication skills
- Comfort with Slack, ClickUp, Notion, and Google Sheets
