Accor Global Reservation Centre in Moncton seeks a polished Concierge to curate seamless, bespoke journeys for discerning guests before and after their voyage. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury sales and/or service, exceptional verbal/written English, and a deep understanding of ultra-luxury travel and elevated guest expectations.

Requirements

• Curate highly personalized concierge experiences for valued clients and guests
• Design and book bespoke excursions, transfers, and exclusive experiences
• Anticipate guest preferences and identify refined upsell opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Yacht Operations and Sales for flawless execution
• Deliver a seamless digital experience through CRM and guest platforms
