Tasks

Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries.

Assist with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support.

Deliver accurate, confidential service and meet performance benchmarks.

Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements

Must have a computer with folllowing:

Windows 10 or 11 PC with Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, 8 GB RAM.

Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi).

USB headset with phone-quality audio.

Hardwired keyboard and mouse.

Smartphone for security verification.

Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs.
