1Password is seeking a mid-level Fullstack Developer to join its Growth Team, focusing on building net-new self-serve experiences, evolving underlying systems, and driving rapid experimentation and feedback loops across its expanding B2B product suites.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
• Experience building backend services in a modern language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
• Experience with React and/or TypeScript in customer-facing web applications.
• Experience designing and integrating backend systems, including APIs, event-driven workflows, and data models that enable reliable cross-service communication.
• Comfort working in fast iteration cycles and using data to inform decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills and curiosity - growth is a cross-functional discipline.
